I think 13 sit-ups would be appropriate right now!
I was in a Barnes & Noble sone evening and there was a huge crowd there for a book signing. They were waiting for Rachel Ray. Suddenly a cute little thing with a huge smile bounded off the escalator and the crowd went wild. And there I was feeling dumb asking; "Who is Rachel Ray?"
I've since found out.
